As we look to upgrade the gym facilities, we have some 2nd hand equipment for sale -

4 spinning bikes (good condition) @ €150 per bike
1 rowing machine @ €125

**Gym use**
Hi all, we are blocking off the gym from member use, from 8-9pm on Friday 2nd February and then for 4 weeks from 16th February to 8th March for use for our senior Camogie team who will do their collective S/C sessions. Many thanks.

Hi all, I will be up at the pitch from 7 to 7 30pm this evening if anyone needs to collect the gear they ordered. The shorts are also in and I will have them there. There are some spares in some styles/sizes. I would appreciate it if you missed the first pick up, and can't make this one, that you contact me so we can arrange delivery/payment. Thanks.

Halfzip/training top collection - I will be in the pitch this evening from 7 30 (go games/training should be over by then) until 8 15pm for people to collect their items. Shorts will arrive tomorrow (🫰) and I will likely distribute them Monday evening - tbc. If you could have exact change that would be great - I won't have much -

Children sizes - €15 jersey and €20 for half zip
Adult sizes (xs up) - €20 jersey and €25 for half zip.

I can accept revolut either on collection or at any stage today before collection - or save my number and send. Just put a note with your name on it so I can cross it off my list. Hi all, we ve installed a 50 inch telly in the gym so you can watch your favourite program while you work out - no excuses! It currently has all the free to air irish channel's and radio stations. I hope to hook it up to the centres wifi which will allow the YouTube and other other apps to be used. This will allow people then to access music etc but also there are so many videos there for working out and also great spin bike work outs - this will allow a group of people to do a spin class together without an instructor. I ll tidy the cables up a little better next week so please be mindful. Also be mindful of the remote - there's only 1!
