🥋🔥 ASG JUNIORS – KILKENNY GRAPPLING LEAGUE! 🔥🥋

Some absolutely fantastic performances from our young grapplers yesterday!

What impressed us most wasn't just the results, but the quality of the grappling on display.

💥 Beautifully executed double-leg takedowns, with tremendous drive and commitment.

💥 Excellent wrestling exchanges and positional awareness.

💥 Fantastic back takes, followed by some brilliant rear naked choke finishes.

💥 Outstanding top control, particularly the use of north-south positioning to prevent opponents from recovering guard.

These are the skills we've been working hard to develop on the mats, and seeing our juniors execute them so confidently in competition is incredibly rewarding.

We're not just developing competitors. We're developing technically intelligent, well-rounded grapplers.

A massive well done to all nine of our competitors, and a huge thank you to the parents for their continued support and commitment.

The future is looking bright for ASG! 🖤

Oss! 🤙

🏆 FANTASTIC RESULTS FOR ASG AT THE KILKENNY JUNIOR GRAPPLING LEAGUE! 🥇🥈🥉

What a fantastic day for our young warriors at today's Kilkenny Junior Grappling League!

With a squad of just 9 competitors, representing Acolyte Submission Grappling across both Gi and No-Gi divisions, we achieved some outstanding results!

📊 TODAY'S TEAM STATISTICS

🏆 5th place out of 20 academies!

🥇 8 Gold Medals
🥈 4 Silver Medals
🥉 3 Bronze Medals

🥋 22 Wins
🤼 13 Losses
📈 62.9% Win Rate!

An incredible achievement for our small team, competing against much larger and more established academies!

What makes these results particularly impressive is that we achieved the second-highest win percentage among the top five academies, demonstrating the quality, determination and technical ability of our young competitors.

👏 A massive well done to all nine of our young athletes!

Every single one of you represented ASG brilliantly today. We're incredibly proud of your courage, effort, sportsmanship and willingness to test yourselves on the competition mats.

❤️ A huge thank you to all the parents who made the journey, supported the children and helped make today possible. We genuinely appreciate the time, commitment and effort you put into supporting your children's development.

These achievements are a joint effort between our young athletes, their families and our coaching team. Every training session, every journey and every bit of encouragement contributes to days like today.

We're building something special at Acolyte Submission Grappling, and today's results are another fantastic step forward.

Small squad. Big heart. Outstanding results. 💪

Onwards and upwards!
