Today we have our instructor Dalibor showing us how to do some mobility movements 🏋️
If you're feeling tight, stiff or a little sluggish definitely throw these in to your next workout 👊
1. 90/90 flip-overs - Slow smooth movement from side to side. Don't move away with the body, rather work through the joint.
2. Lunge sequence - Keep whole foot on the ground, work through as much distance as you can. Sit back only in position 1.
3. Hip opener to Lunge - Try to keep your core stable in one place. Don't rush the movement. Explore progression with obstacle or support of wall.
