COACH EDUCATION DAY ⚽️📋
Last week, I had the privilege of being invited down to Burrin Celtic to lead a coach education session ahead of the upcoming season.
The focus was simple: organisation, structure and flow.
It wasn’t about giving coaches hundreds of new drills or telling them there’s only one way to coach. It was about providing principles they can take into their own environment and make their own.

🎯 Have a purpose behind everything you do
You don’t need fancy equipment to create a good environment. Sometimes doing the basics really well is more than enough. It was also brilliant to hear from the coaches themselves about the challenges they face and where they feel they can improve.
Massive respect to every grassroots coach who gives up their time each week to help young players learn, develop and enjoy football. 👏
