🎃 Spooktacular Halloween Triathlon Camps with Carlow Juniors Tri Club! 🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️
Looking for an active, fun way to keep the kids engaged this Halloween midterm? Join us at St. Laurence O’Toole Athletic Club (R93 K5P2) on October 27th & 28th for action-packed training sessions designed for all fitness levels!

🗓️ Camp Details & registration Links

🎃 Ages 6–10 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

✅️ Another very succesfull junior training session completed

We did a bike and transition from a racing perspective, changing shoes and runners.
Then the kids done run drills on track and a fartlek session on the grass over the hills at the bottom of the track.
We finished with a cross country and hills relay!

Thanks to our tri leaders and coaches Daithí (David) Kidd Alix Cappelletti . We were joined by members of Athy Triathlon Club aswell.

Well done to club member who completed 4 different events at the European Multi Sport Championships in Banyoles 🇪🇸 over the past week. Sprint & Standard Duathlon 4th, Cross Duathlon and Middle Distance Triathlon. He received his special “Legend” award from Triathlon Europe. Part man - part machine.. 💪 👏 🏊 🚴 🏃
