Well done to club member who completed 4 different events at the European Multi Sport Championships in Banyoles 🇪🇸 over the past week. Sprint & Standard Duathlon 4th, Cross Duathlon and Middle Distance Triathlon. He received his special “Legend” award from Triathlon Europe. Part man - part machine.. 💪 👏 🏊 🚴 🏃

A massive well done to Thomas who is taking part in the European Transplant games in Arnhem in the Netherlands this week. A new member to he has competed and won 2 gold medals, one in the pool as part of a swim relay and another in the 5k race in sweltering temperatures.
Thomas is representing Ireland at the games as a donor. It takes a very special person to be as selfless as Thomas and gift life to a person they have never even met. Wishing you and the rest of the team the very best with the rest of the games. 💚 💪 ☀️ 🏃 🏊
