Just a little update on a two night Retreat my friend Nuala from West Wicklow Yoga and myself are running in September. It is being held in Sli An Chroi, Kiltegan, Co Wicklow located in the grounds of St Patrick's Ecological park.

From Friday 25th to Sunday 27th September 2026. Investment is €350 which includes your own room (shared bathrooms) Veggie meals. Self service Breakfast buffet, lunchs and dinners are waitresses service. Yoga (suitable for all levels) including restorative yoga every evening, guided meditation, some journaling, breathwork and lots of free time. No pressure to do anything except breath.
