🏊‍♂️A Little Swim, For A Big Cause 🏊‍♂️

On August 10th I will take on my biggest challenge yet - A little 230km swim, along the river Shannon, from Dowra to Limerick City in aid of North West STOP - Suicide Prevention

It's an unbelievable honour to be nominated for Outwest Adventure of the Year by Outsider Magazine . 🏊‍♂️

The support and recognition that my Shannon swim received is far beyond anything I ever anticipated when I started training for this challenge back in 2023. ❤️

Mission accomplished!

Conán and I, recently had the incredible privilege of presenting North West STOP-Su***de Prevention with the money raised by Paul's Shannon Swim 2025.

This funding will directly support mental health services in the North West. The generosity and support that my swim received is difficult to put into words.

Sean Garvey kayaked the length of the river Shannon, alongside Paul.

He navigated for Paul.

He fed him.

He relayed information to & from base.

And kept Paul's spirits up day after day.
