Paul Marron took on the Ran Out Of Road 600 Audax this past weekend, just a casual south to north of Ireland 🇮🇪

Cycling all the way from Mizen Head To Malin Head between Saturday and Sunday with an elapsed time of 34h35m, Very impressive well done Paul 👏

Club Member Johanna Rogan taking part in the Women's Lap of Louth leading the way. A fantastic event well done to all the organisers. Club Member Marcella Leonard also took part well done.

CCC Members took part in the Killylough Cycling Club sportif today, although a damp day it was a very well run event 👍

🚴‍♀️🌘 What a way to finish our Youth Cycling Summer Programme! 🌘🚴‍♂️

Last night's event saw a fantastic turnout from our own Carrickmacross CC youth riders, joined by young cyclists who travelled from Armagh, Down, North Monaghan, Louth and Meath to take part in our round of the Ulster Youth CX Summer Series.

The evening featured skills coaching, fun cyclocross races and plenty of friendly competition, with riders of all ages showing great enthusiasm, determination and sportsmanship.

A huge thank you to our Carrickmacross CC coaching team for all their work throughout the summer. We were also delighted to have additional support from Gemma, Ian and Martin from Cycling Ireland, along with Karl from our neighbours at Cuchulainn CC in Dundalk.

And to top it all off, we even had a partial solar eclipse during the event! 🌘

Youth coaching, cyclocross racing, riders from across the region and a solar eclipse... what other CX event can say it had all that? 😄

Thanks to everyone who attended, supported and helped make the evening such a success.

Join us for an evening of cyclocross fun, skills and racing at the Carrickmacross Cycling Club Youth CX Summer Series event!

📍 Patrician High School Playing Fields, Carrickmacross

Riders will be split into age groups and enjoy a mix of:
✅ Cyclocross skills challenges
✅ Mini CX races
✅ Fun competitions

Paul was over in the West of Ireland 🇮🇪 this past bank holiday weekend, with a nice handy 2 day 600km Western Grandeur Audax, a very well organised cycle with stunning views and roads Paul said the photos didn't do it justice, another big one in the bag roll on 🇲🇫

Fantastic club spin this morning heading north to climb Bragan Mountain, all members were looking dapper in our fantastic new club gear, a massive thanks to our new kit supplier VeloRevolution who have produced quality gear for us.

Paul out on the Audax trail again this time heading north to the Tyrone Ranger 300, a very windy day in the Sperrin Mountains but the roads were very quiet and the views spectacular, a very enjoyable Audax.
