Only a week to go to our Easter Camp,
10am to 2pm starting Bank Holiday Monday 6th April to Friday 10th April. Open to members and non members. Learn a new self defence skill, make new friends while having fun along the way! 🥋🥊
Reminder* Low Kick & K1 class @ 7pm ever Wednesday and Friday for Teens and Adults. Shorts & a mouth guard required (all other safeties available)
