What a busy week for Carrigdhoun Cycling club.
5 on a cycling trip to Majorca.

3 of our club supported the CUH Charity Cork to Paris cycle finishing today at the Eiffel Tower.

We had a good turnout for both the 50km and 100km routes for the Carrigaline Lions Club Cycle Classic.

The green group got out for a spin Saturday too.

Getting the miles in before the winter creeps in.

Super Result for our very own Amy O Leary. Taking part in her first Race, at the Munster Road Race Championships promoted by Blarney Cycling club held in
Whitechurch, in mixed road conditions.
Coming home with 2nd place in the womens class .
Great start to her racing career.

Some weekend of cycling with 2 groups playing away from home, climbing the Vee pass .
2 more got lost and ended up further afield at wicklow gap.

Special thanks to Niall for organising, and Dec for technical, mechanical, emotional & nutritional support vehicle.

2 of our members are among the cyclists cycling from Cork to Paris raising vital funds for Cork University Hospital Charity.
Departing 23 September arriving at the Eiffel tower 6 days later.

Hi All, the annual Fort 2 Fort charity sportive is happening this coming Saturday (13th June). All new routes this year, with 60K, 90K and 120K options - no more messing around with the ferry, all routes are Westbound! All proceeds go to Cork ARC Cancer Support House. The routes are on the link along with the registration link. The event starts and finishes in Camden, Crosshaven, so pretty much on our doorstep. Carrigaline Lions Club have asked me to reach out for support for the event from the Club please. At the moment, the weather forecast also looks pretty good. Thanks All 🚴‍♂️👍
