Badminton Ireland were delighted to kick off Women in Sport Week 2026 early with our ‘Just for Women’ ShuttleTime course in Carrigaline today.🏸

A big thank you to tutor Michelle Hayes for delivering such an inspiring and engaging day with a fantastic group of women.

We look forward to seeing everyone continue to grow in confidence, skills, and enjoyment as the course progresses ✨

This is a celebration of women and girls in sport, whether you’re already involved, thinking about getting started, or just curious to try something new, this event is for you! 💜

Come along with a friend (or make new ones on the day!), try your hand at four exciting racket sports, hear inspiring stories, build confidence, grow your leadership skills, and enjoy a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.

No experience needed just bring runners, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to have fun!

All ages and abilities are welcome. Let’s come together, support each other, and showcase the power of women in sport.
