4. What made you become a coach?
Being involved in sport from a young age, always being coached. Then found a passion for working out during Covid and continued to pursue a career in this area!

5. What’s your favourite part about coaching?
Interacting with people. No day is ever the same because the people and vibes around you are constantly different 🤝✨

6. What’s your coaching philosophy in one sentence?
Just move. ⚡️

7. How do you stay motivated to train?
Finding new goals to work towards and completing changing up my style of training every now and again 🎯

8. What advice would you give someone just starting?
Stay consistent for a month. You’ll see how beneficial exercise can be in every aspect of your life 📈

9. What’s the best advice you’ve ever received about training?
Never miss a Monday. Start the week off right and the rest will follow 🚀

Make sure you are enjoying what you’re doing. Do it for yourself cause nobody else will 🔥

Training doesn’t have to be complicated, keep it simple! KISS – keep it simple stupid 🎯

4. What made you become a coach?
I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness ❤️‍🔥 and knew I wanted a job that benefits others. So coaching just made sense 🤝

5. What’s your favourite part about coaching?
Getting to know the clients, building relationships with them and seeing how exercise positively impacts their lives ✅

6. What’s your coaching philosophy in one sentence?
Focus on consistency over perfection 🎯

7. How do you stay motivated to train?
Knowing how much better I feel after it. Whether it’s 15 minutes or an hour, you’ll never regret a workout ✨🙌

8. What advice would you give someone just starting?
Doing something is better than nothing. Slow and steady wins the race 🐢

9. What’s the best advice you’ve ever received about training?
Control the controllables! Life can get busy and often disrupt your training schedule, but do what you can! You can’t control everything in life, but you can control the effort you put in and putting your health and wellbeing first 🤍

Usually strength 🏋️‍♀️ but starting to enjoy running more too 🏃‍♀️

Our memeber of the month for March is Lynda Behan 🥳💪
Lynda brings great energy to every session and always gives it her all. She’s incredibly coachable, takes on feedback with a positive attitude, and has shown consistent progress week after week. Over the last few months, in particular, she’s really come into her own, growing in confidence and performance. It’s been brilliant to see her development, and she’s a great example of what showing up and putting in the effort can achieve.

4. What made you become a coach? 
I wanted to use my experience of the fitness industry to help people achieve their goals in the gym with confidence and satisfaction 💪

5. What’s your favourite part about coaching? 
I love when members and clients reach their targets on their fitness journey 🎯 and seeing people achieve above and beyond what they ever thought they would when they first started in the gym 🚀
Helping members and clients is always my number one aim 🤝
Also, being able to listen to people, and give advice as best I can 🧠

Educate members to progress and adapt to achieve their goals while enjoying the process 😊

We are delighted to be getting organised for our KJ Summer Youth Program 2025. Our summer program is for youths aged from 13 - 16 years. Classes are 45 minutes long.

The youth program will run from Tuesday 3rd June - Saturday 23th August (12 weeks)

Class times are as follows :
Monday 11.30am (FULL) & 12.15pm
Tuesday 11.30am & 12.15pm (FULL)
Thursday 11.30am (FULL) & 12.15pm
Friday 11.30am & 12.15pm.
Saturday @ 12pm.

1 session a week is €129 for the 12 weeks
2 sessions a week is €199 for the 12 weeks

Classes are capped and spots are 1st come 1st served.
Spots are only secured when payment is made.
Payment is made through our online system Legitfit.
