Last weekend we had the pleasure of co hosting the I-Karate Ireland - Irish Open - Global Championships in the TF Royal in Castlebar

An amazing weekend of fun, friends and competition. We want to thank all the volunteers and supporting clubs and of the course the amazing athletes.

Lastly our very own Colm Rochford needs a special thank you for all his work on this event.

We are proud to announce we have two winners for the 2025 Young Sports star of the year Awards - Cait Malone for Karate and Rebecca Gormley for the Young Volunteer of the year for her work with kids with additional needs! Proud coaches!

A successful day for our pointfighters yesterday at the WKC Irish open. 4 Gold, 3 Silver, 6 Bronze. Well done all
