A huge thank you to Michael Lavelle, who had the honour of piping both teams out onto the pitch at Umbro Park yesterday for our first-ever Senior Men’s National League fixture.

A brilliant moment and one that added so much to a very special day for Mayo FC and football in Mayo.

A huge thank you to Manulla FC & Ballinrobe Town AFC for being part of our historic first Senior Men’s National League game at Umbro Park! 🟢🔴

The young players did a fantastic job as our matchday mascots and ball kids, before taking to the pitch themselves for a brilliant half-time game against each other. ⚽️👏

It was great to have two Mayo clubs involved in such a special day for football in the county.

Thanks to all the players, coaches and parents from both clubs for coming along and helping make the occasion one to remember! ❤️💚
