A brilliant start from the Stabannon saw us lead 1:06 to 0:02 at half-time. Glen Emmets fought back strongly in the second half, but the lads held on for a valuable draw. 👏💚💛

That result means Stabannon Parnells finish TOP OF THE TABLE and are through to the Championship Quarter-Final! 🏆🙌

Our U7s finished their season this morning with a home blitz here in Stabannon, welcoming Sean McDermotts and St Kevin’s. ⚽️👏

It was fantastic to see all three clubs fielding two teams each, giving the kids three brilliant games of football. The skills, confidence and teamwork on show from everyone were incredible! 🌟

Most importantly, there were plenty of smiles, fun and enjoyment, exactly what U7 football is all about. 😊⚽️

A special thank you to our two young referees, Cade Sweeney and Odhran Lynch, who did a fantastic job helping out this morning. 👏⚽️

The future of Louth football is definitely bright, for both our boys and girls! ❤️🤍

Well done to our St Michael’s U13 team who reached the Cup Final of the Sean O’Mahony’s Tournament this afternoon! 👏

The lads put in some great performances throughout the tournament before being defeated by John Mitchell’s Birmingham in the final.

💚💛 U10s – End of Season Blitz 💛💚

Well done to all our U10 players who played in their final blitz of the season in Hunterstown last night! 👏🏻

They all did brilliantly and finished the season on a real high with a fantastic performance against Newtown Blues. ⚽️👏🏻

It has been a brilliant season for this group, and every single one of them should be so proud of how far they have come. They’ve worked hard, supported each other and, most importantly, enjoyed their football throughout the year. 💚💛

A huge thank you to coaches Gareth Lynch and Alan McCartney for all the time, hard work and commitment they have given to the kids throughout the season. It is very much appreciated! 👏🏻

Congratulations to our u14 team combined with John Mitchels GFC who won the Division 2 league last night. A brilliant performance to keep the Brides at bay and to come out winners. Some great passages of play from the backs to the forwards who made no mistakes when scoring and when against the wind.
Huge congratulations to the team and management and best of luck in the championship.

💚💛 U8s – Final Blitz of the Year! 💛💚

Our U8s played their final blitz of the year this morning in Oliver Plunketts, and what a way to finish off a fantastic year! 👏🏻

The team played three great games against Oliver Plunketts, Wolfe Tones and St Kevin’s, showing some brilliant football and teamwork throughout the morning. ⚽️👏🏻

This fantastic group have played some brilliant football all year and have really grown together as a team. A huge well done to every player who has trained and played throughout the year, you should all be very proud of yourselves! 💚💛

A special mention also to young referee Odhran Lynch, who did a fantastic job refereeing the games this morning. Fair play Odhran! 👏🏻⚽️

🔥 WHAT A COMEBACK! WHAT A WIN! 🔥

Stabannon Parnells showed incredible heart to pull off a dramatic victory in an absolute thriller against O’Raghallaighs!
We started like a house on fire 🔥 Patrick Reynolds raised the first green flag of the day, followed almost instantly by Harry Butterly coolly converting from the penalty spot. Colm Giggins kicked a fine point before Conor Clinton found the net, and Harry Butterly stroked home his second penalty of the half. Charlie McBride also added to the tally!
Despite our massive goal threat, O’Raghallaighs rallied hard and took a narrow lead into the break.

The second half was a real battle, but our bench proved to be the game-changer! 💥 Ryan Shevlin made an instant impact off the wire, burying a massive goal shortly after coming on, while Tadgh Gorman chipped in with a crucial score. A brilliant 2-point free from Patrick Reynolds and a lovely point from play by Conor Clinton kept us right in the hunt.
With the game on the line, step up Richie Rogers to coolly slot over the winning point of the match! 🙌
