🥊 WE’RE BACK! 🖤🧡

After a well-earned break, we’re back once again for a new season at Sliabh Luachra Boxing Club!

For the first time in a long time, our coaches got a proper break — and we definitely enjoyed it! 😂 But now the gloves are back on and we’re ready to get back to business! 🥊

We’re extremely proud of the club we’ve built and the standard we’ve reached. We have some fantastic competition boxers, including champions who continue to represent our club with pride, and we’re also delighted to see new young talent coming through our doors. 🏆🥊

We’re always striving to improve, push ourselves and give our boxers the very best opportunities to reach their potential.

At the same time, you don’t have to be a competition boxer to be part of our club. We cater for all abilities and our classes are also about fitness, confidence, learning new skills, making friends and most importantly — having fun.

So whether you have dreams of stepping through the ropes or you simply want to give boxing a go, there’s a place for you at Sliabh Luachra. 🧡

A huge well done to Tommy Murray & Cody Obrien who recently travelled to Hungary as part of the Munster Team! 🇮🇪🥊

Cody Jason Robert Obrien came home with a silver medal after having 2 great contests gaining some vital international experience. Tommy Murray was having some great success in his first bout until he picked up an injury to his thumb which seen his competition coming to an end. Which was the correct call by the coaches.

Well done to the coaches and manger from Munster big thanks to all Munster for giving these lads a great experience and creating memories that will last a life time.

We are so proud of both boys. They have been putting in the work every Saturday, continuing to train with the Munster team even while our club has been closed for the summer. 💪🔥

Their commitment, dedication and attitude have been fantastic, and this is just the beginning!

Lots more to come from these two! 👊🥊
