Hey everyone👋🏼

It’s coach Mark here from F45 Junction 6. This year I am raising funds for the Sunflower Children's Hospice located in the West of Ireland. It will be the first Children’s Hospice that families will have access to in this part of the country, helping them cope through their most difficult times.

I will be raising funds by participating in Westport Sea2Summit on the 7th November. This is an amazing multi-discipline race held in Westport.

500 classes. One incredible journey. 💙❤️

A huge congratulations to Alex on reaching an amazing 500 classes at F45 Training Junction 6.

What makes this milestone even more special is where it all started. Alex wasn’t a gym-goer when he first walked through our doors. Fast forward a couple of years and he’s become one of our most consistent members, showing up week after week, putting in the work and proving what consistency can achieve.

That commitment has gone far beyond the studio too. Earlier this year, Alex stepped onto the race floor and earned an incredible 3rd place podium finish at TRYKA. An outstanding achievement and a testament to the work he’s put in over the last few years.

This is exactly why we do what we do. It’s not about being the fittest person when you start. It’s about turning up, trusting the process and becoming a little better every day.

Congratulations, Alex. We’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved, and we can’t wait to see what the next 500 classes bring. 👏🔥

What a fantastic afternoon on our community hike through Crone Woods, Wicklow! ☀️
With beautiful sunshine, incredible scenery, and an even better group of people, it was the perfect reminder that fitness isn’t just about what happens inside the gym. It’s about getting outdoors, challenging ourselves, making memories, and enjoying the journey together.

June Member of the Month – Niamh!
A huge congratulations to our June Member of the Month, Niamh! 👏💙
Niamh has been training with us for over 2 years, and throughout that time she has been the definition of consistency. She shows up, works hard, and gives 100% in every single class, no matter the workout.
One thing we’re especially proud of is watching Niamh continue to train throughout her pregnancy, before returning to our Mums & Babies classes and building herself back up with incredible dedication and determination.
This year she’s gone from strength to strength, taking on and absolutely smashing 2 Tryka races! 🙌🏼 Her commitment, resilience, and positive attitude are inspiring to everyone around her.

What a day! 🎾💪

This weekend saw both F45 Junction 6 and F45 Charlestown come together for an incredible day of padel, filled with plenty of fun, laughter, friendly competition, and great memories.

At F45, we always say that movement is medicine, and it was fantastic to get outside, connect as a community, and challenge ourselves with a different type of exercise than our usual studio workouts. Days like these remind us that fitness isn’t just about training hard—it’s also about enjoying movement, building friendships, and having fun together.

After some amazing matches throughout the day, it all came down to a thrilling final between one team from F45 Junction 6 and one team from F45 Charlestown. Congratulations to F45 Junction 6 for taking home the first victory! 🏆👏

But don’t worry F45 Charlestown... this is only the beginning. There will be plenty more community days, competitions, and opportunities to settle the score. Get ready to come back stronger and fight for that win next time! 🔥
