Fingal Libraries is running an exciting letter-writing exchange programme for adults, where members of Fingal Libraries and members of Delaware Libraries in the U.S. can register to be specially matched with a pen pal overseas. We handle all of the postage, and provide optional materials.

We have recently received our first package of letters from Delaware filled with 335 letters (pictures attached)!

The programme is run entirely via the libraries and Libraries HQ in County Hall, and each branch has a designated post box at the desk (pictures attached). No addresses between participants are exchanged.
