Physiotherapist and Ergonomist. Pilates classes, Pregnancy Pilates + Baby Massage classes in Celbridge + Maynooth. MISCP, CORU, ACPOHE, IAIM, BMI.
All led by a Chartered and CORU registered Physiotherapist. All led by Adeline O'Dowd, a Chartered Physiotherapist and Adeline is also a member of Baby Massage Ireland and the Interantional Association of Infant Massage. All equipment is provided in a purpose built studio and classes are held in person. Free parking available. Pregnancy, Beginners, Baby friendly Beginners, Step-up and Advanced Pilates classes offered in addition to baby massage classes.
