Youth s&c program is back this summer.
Working out of a new facility in The Kings Hospital School.
Running from June 30th to August 8th.
Sessions will run every Monday Wednesday and Friday.

To all my amazing class attendees and gym members, I want to let you know that I will no longer be operating the gym at MU Barnhall Rugby Club from December 20th onwards.
This decision wasn’t an easy one, but I’m deeply grateful for the time we’ve shared, the goals we’ve smashed, and the incredible community we’ve built together.
Thank you for your support, dedication, and energy. I’ll cherish the memories and connections we’ve made. Wishing you all the very best in your fitness journeys ahead!

Exercise is a habit for life.
I’ve been lucky enough to work with a wide age range of people over the last few weeks.
From afterschool sport where the youngest was 4 years old, to older adult exercise classes and every age group and ability in between 💪
There is no better feeling than seeing someone leave a class or a session with a smile on their face and in a better mood than when they entered.

Great young athletes in every group throughout the summer with plenty of progress made over the last number of weeks and months.

🏋️♀️ Evening group training classes available every weekday evening (🤞outdoors)
🏋️♀️ x2 Saturday morning “Challenge” classes to really get you sweating to start of your weekend.
