What a perfect morning in OBB with our friends the Limerick Narwhals ! We share the river with the best of people and we all support one another when we can. Today we were the proud recipients of the John Dempsey Memorial Troohy for our support of the Island Swim. This honour was made all the more meaningful by being the week of John’s birthday! The Narwhals swam and the Paddlers paddled and surfskied, the sun shone and it was a very perfect reminder of how lucky we all are!

We had such a great day on Saturday last for our Come & Try dragon boating 🐉🛶.
