If you have ever left a breathwork session wondering, "Why did my body do that?"

Conscious Connected Breathwork is so much more than a mindset practice. It is a, physical reset.

By consciously changing the rhythm of our breath, we dynamically shift blood chemistry, quiet the analytical ego mind, and allow the body to release stored tension on a cellular level.

When we stop overthinking and let the body lead, big shifts can happen.

Swipe through to read real client experiences and the neuroscience behind why they felt the way they did.

If you're curious to experience this for yourself I have two upcoming Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions.

Heal the Healer (for carers, teachers, facilitators, nurses, space holders etc.) - October 25th at 17:30

Conscious Connected Breathwork Collaboration with Avelene on Friday November 6th at 18:30.

You can also book 1:1s and private groups with me, pop me a message for more details.

If there is one thing the last few months have taught me, it’s how necessary it is to just give myself permission to breathe, soften, and slow down.

When your days are spent guiding, teaching, coaching, or healing others, it is so easy to forget to turn that same care back onto yourself. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or just heavy, please know you’re not alone in that.

For that reason I'm brining back Heal The Healer.

The name Heal The Healer came from a place of wanting to give people a real community and a space to simply come and be. We all know that we’ll never be fully "healed", but being on a healing journey alongside others who feel the same gives us that gentle reassurance that we’re not alone, and that things really can feel easier when shared.
I created this space as a spot for you to drop the role of the giver, quiet your mind, and get back into your body.

Here is what we’ll be doing together:

✨ Focused Journaling: To clear out mental clutter and check in on your boundaries.
✨ Conscious Connected Breathwork: A somatic practice to help release stored stress and tension.
✨ Guided Meditation: Deep mental grounding to help restore your energy naturally.
☕ Supportive Tea & Chats: Time to sit, integrate, and chat with other space-holders.
Come as you are and let yourself be held and regulated on a Sunday evening before heading back into work for the week.

If you have any questions at all, pop me a message!

📅 When: Sunday, 25th October at 17:30
🎟️ Booking: Reserve your space via the link in bio.

Day 26 of 100 days of feeling like myself again since becoming a mother.

This past week has brought a lot of processing. The reality of going back to work (I say this as if I've not been working on my business every day for the past 18months 😅) preparing for the reality of crèche, and shifting my business into dedicated days and hours and not trying to work every free minute I have everyday.

But underneath all of that, there is a bigger story I want to share.

For the last few months, financial strain has been a heavy burden in the background. The stress was quietening the reason I started this path. When you run a heart-led business, financial pressure changes the energy. I never want to step into a space or facilitate a session coming from a place of needing money.

So, I’m putting my ego aside and taking up part-time work.

I’m doing this to protect my ‘why’. I want to guide sessions because I deeply care about giving you that quietness from mental chatter. I want to show other women that you don't have to carry everything alone, that vulnerability is strength, and that you do not need to be a perfectionist to be worthy.

I’m excited that I’m stepping into a role that is also aligned with the work I already do. It’s a position where I get to work with a new group of people, sharing wellness and craft experiences, and offering knowledge to support them. It coincides with what I am already doing, so I think the timing is perfect.

If you’ve been carrying heavy decisions lately, I hope this is your reminder that taking a step to support yourself is never a step backward. 🤍

Motherhood can be lonely, and when you’re already feeling a bit vulnerable, it’s so easy to get stuck in your own head.

Have a look at what I noticed the other day in the slides above... swipe through to see what it taught me!

I’m sharing my 100 days of finding myself again as a mum: the honest wobble moments, the mindset shifts, and the tools that help along the way.

Have you ever caught yourself overthinking like this on a quiet day?

Living with an overstimulated brain can feel like there are 100 songs playing at once (things to do, places to be, conversations replaying, constant mental chatter).

When your system is overflowing, even a basic task feels heavy. It isn't because you're lazy, unmotivated, or bad at concentrating. Your mind is simply completely full.

This state is often called functional freeze. On the outside, you might still get stuff done because a deadline or pressure forces you to. But on the inside, you feel completely stuck and overwhelmed by the volume of it all.

That is where breathwork comes in.

You can't think your way out of an overstimulated brain, but you can breathe your way out of it.
By using simple, targeted breathing patterns, we directly stimulate the vagus nerve. This sends a quick message to your brain's alarm centre (the amygdala) that you're safe, shifting you out of fight-or-flight and dropping that background noise right down.

Imagine how nice it would feel for your mind to just quieten down a little bit.
