We have wrapped up an amazing Women’s Indoor Cycling Programme at TUS Clonmel, powered by Clonmel Cycling Club’s Torbo machines and delivered by RayC Sports.
Huge congratulations to all the participants for their commitment and energy! This isn’t the end, the group will keep cycling together and join Clonmel Cycling Club for even more cycling adventures.

Being winter ready is essential if you plan on keeping cycling over the duller, darker days.
Clocks have gone back now, so it's a good time to charge up the lights and have your hi-vis clothing ready.

We often get asked what is the best clothes to wear when we are out cycling. Our response is always the same. Be seen. Black/dark green or navy colours might look good and be easy to keep clean, but when the days are dark and dull, you're safer to wear bright colours. Pink- Yellow- Red - Orange.

Lighting up time is considered to be 30 minutes after sunset. In Ireland although that might be at 5pm today, we advise that it's very dull out, have bike lights on earlier. Anything you do to be seen, sooner, will help to keep you safer.
