Want to start your Pole Journey with us?? Join us on a 4 week Intro to Pole term, where you will learn Fundamentals in Spins, Transitions and Beginner Tricks!!

No fitness background necessary as we will be working from scratch and adapting to your level!!

To celebrate Valentines, Stacey Spykes is hosting a bargain Drop in class on Sun Feb 9th at 11am- Valentease Choreo!
In this class, we will do a Beginner friendly St******se, Low Flow and Floorwork Choreo, focusing on the art of seduction!!
You need a minimum of Basic Pole experience to participate in this class.
