Tang Gaa are deeply saddened with the news of the passing of Susan Watson (nee Elliott). We extend our sincere sympathy to her husband Hubert, daughters Annie, Emily, Kate and Chloe, parents Billy and Dolores brothers Brendan, Shane, Aaron, and Billy and all her extended family.

Susan will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a truly kind and caring person who adored her family, especially her four beautiful little girls, who were the centre of her world.
Thinking of her family and friends at this incredibly difficult time.

May Susans gentle soul rest in eternal peace.

We regret to inform you of the death of Susan Watson (nee Elliott), Kiltoom, Co. Roscommon & formerly Tang, Ballymahon, Co Westmeath. In the tender care of the staff of Claddagh ward and ICU of UCHG. Deeply regretted by her heartbroken husband Hubert, daughters Annie, Emily, Kate and Chloe, parents Billy and Dolores Elliot (Tang) brothers Brendan, Shane, Aaron, and Billy, their wives and partners Louise, Leona, Anita, and Grainne , parents in law Bertie and Mary Watson (Kiltoom), sisters in law Rosie, Trina and Michelle, brothers in law Tom, his partner Martina and Jimmy, nieces Keira, Grace, Ciara, and Niamh, nephews Alan. Aaron, Kevin, and Ciaran, aunts and uncles, relatives, neighbours and friends..
May She Rest In Peace.
Reposing at the The Strand Funeral Home on Thursday from 6.30pm to 8,30pm, followed by removal to her parents home in Tang, Reposing at her parents home on Friday, with removal on Saturday morning for Mass of the resurrection in in the Church of the Risen Christ, Ballybay at 11am, followed by burial in Kiltoom cemetery.

A special shout out to everyone who worked behind the scenes – Andy Russell and Paul Fox for keeping everyone fed at the BBQ, Cora for hosting, and Tom and Bruce for providing the fantastic music and entertainment.
Most importantly, thank you to everyone who has stepped forward to take part in the Battle of the Bands. Your willingness to get involved is truly appreciated. A special mention also to those who stepped in to represent acts that couldn't make it on the night – your support and good humour helped make the evening such a success.
We're so grateful for the support already shown as we strive to fundraise to develop our facilities all involved in gaelic games

🏐🏆 Maryland/Tang GAA’s 7’s tournament is back again for another year 🏆🏐

Our Minor 7s Tournament will take place on Sunday week (19 July) beginning at 10am in both Maryland GAA and Tang GAA grounds. We look forward to a great day of football (hopefully with some sunshine☀️) where the competing teams will battle it out for the Eoinie Farrell Memorial Cup! Make sure to join us for a great day of football action!
