Nuadha had a morning out at Irelands first tower run today in aid of CUH. Such a cool and novel event and we're delighted to be part of the first one.
Well done to all the competitors, especially the servicemen who ran in full kit 😩 17 floors with boots, 30kilo bags, helmets, fi****ms and vests was no joke!
