Our next adult beginner fencing course starts on Wednesday 28th January 2026. The course will run for 8 weeks at a cost of €100.
No experience needed. ✅
All equipment is provided. ✅
Fencing is a really fun way to stay fit and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

We braved the Storm Éowyn and travelled to Derry for the Northern Ireland Open. 🌧️🌀 Well done to everyone who competed. A great start to a very busy few months ahead!

🤺🤺 FULL HOUSE! 🤺🤺
Our adult beginner course is underway again, and it's our biggest group to date! Delighted with all our new additions and looking forward to seeing all their progress over the next few weeks.
Thanks to Cork Sports Partnership for once again supporting the beginner course and helping introduce fencing to even more people.

Excellent weekend in Derry for the Northern Ireland Open!
In between sightseeing and socialising, we did a little bit of fencing and came home with FOUR medals! 🥈🥈🥉🥉
Congrats to Rory Hayes (MF) and Sinéad O Sullivan (WE) on their bronze medals, and Erin Barclay (WS) and Fiadhnait McDonough (WF) on claiming silver. 💪💪
