RIP to the brightest Shepard of light god has sent.
My granddad is known by so many around the world and brought so much light, joy, wisdom, and passion to this world.
I lived with him from an early age until I was 5 and we I’ve held the best relationship and bond until the end.
I cannot thank him enough for always looking out for me and being a role model to me. I have learnt so much from him it’s not even funny.
He supported me and followed my hurling career with Nenagh and even traveled to Cork to watch me play when I moved my base down here.
I am truly lucky to have known this man and to have had him in my corner all my life.
Heaven has gained an angel today.
Thank you for everything grandad. I will carry your spirit on.
It’s time to reunite with your family in heaven.
Rest Peacefully, you have fulfilled your mission on earth and left behind a legacy.
Love Pearse

Your genetics arnt bad.
You’re not crazy for thinking why is my progress slow!
You’re not lazy.
You’re probably just missing a piece of the puzzle.
Most people train hard.
They show up consistently.
They push hard.
They test limits.
Put in workouts to be proud of,
But training is only the signal.
Results come from
Having:
• Enough protein to repair
• Enough recovery to rebuild
• Enough consistency to repeat it
If one is off, progress slows, even when effort is high.
(You got to connect the three pieces of the puzzle 🧩)
That’s not a motivation problem.
That’s a strategy problem.
Train smart.
Don’t leave results on the table.
Comment or DM RESULTS if you want help from a coach that will help you get it right!

Use the gym to Win at life.
Use the gym to overcome your obstacles in life.
Use the gym to be the best version of you, inside and outside of the gym.
If you want
Better health
Better fitness
Better habits
Better mental strength
Better opportunity’s in life
Use the gym to build not just your body but your mind, your lifestyle, your habits, your mental resolve.
If you can achieve your own fitness / health goals (controlling your own life)
You can win at anything outside of the gym (in work, life)
The principles are the same.
Those skills transfers from the gym and spill over into your life.
It’s up to you.
You can have excuses or you can get results.
You can do it.
I want you to win at this game we call life.
So get after it 💪💪
One step at a time / one rep at a time.
Much love

Most people overthink fat loss.
They jump from diet to diet… look for the quick fix… try to be perfect…
and end up stuck in the same cycle.
Losing a bit of body fat with extreme methods, then falling off because it’s not sustainable,
only to end up right back where they started, or even worse off.
The truth?
Fat loss is SIMPLE.
It’s not always easy…
but it comes down to small daily habits done consistently.
This post gives you the 6 steps I use with every client to help them lose fat, get fitter, feel better in themselves, and finally build confidence again.
They gain a balanced, well-rounded lifestyle instead of a quick fix that never lasts.
If you follow these steps, your body will change,
but not only that, your whole life will change too.
You’ll learn why you’re taking these actions…
not just “how to lose body fat.”
You’ll gain the tools to keep it off forever and become a healthier, stronger, more grounded version of yourself.
And if you want a coach who’s helped so many others do the same…
DM me “Start” and I’ll send you the plan to begin.
Let’s finish 2025 strong,
and start 2026 on a whole new level.
Don’t wait for the “perfect time” to start.
There’s only here and now.
Putting things off keeps your goals dangling in front of you,
but never truly reachable.
Much love,
Coach Morris

The gym saved me 👉 but not just physically.
Many people are struggling right now, with,
🔸poor health,
🔸low energy, or
🔸feeling stuck in their own head.
My advice?
Use the gym as your tool to overcome your obstacles.
Face yourself head on.
When you do, you’ll not only get fitter.
You’ll get
🔸clearer,
🔸calmer, and
🔸stronger within yourself.
That inner strength carries into every other part of life.
I’ve been training since I was 15.
At first, it was about getting stronger physically.
but what I really found was healing.
The gym helped me regulate my emotions, rebuild confidence, and rise above anxiety and depression.
It became my therapy before I even knew what therapy was.
But the gym is only one tool.
You also need to feed your body well, hydrate, rest, manage stress, and look after your mindset.
That’s what creates real transformation, body and mind working together.
You don’t need to have your whole life figured out to start.
👉Just start.
The gym has a domino effect, once you begin, your habits, sleep, mood, and discipline all start improving.
The gym doesn’t discriminate.
It doesn’t care who you are or where you’re starting from.
It’s there for you, a tool to build a better version of you.
Use it to your advantage.
And if you need guidance 👉 I’ve got you 💪
Much love,
Coach Morris
