🌟 5 star review from a 5 star client 💪

🤩 Louise was such a hard working client from the first day she trained with me, always giving her best even after a poor night of sleep 👶 and doing her “homework” 🏋️‍♀️ between our weekly sessions

💪 Hard work pays off and after 6 months she is back to her full pre-pregnancy strength, feeling confident and like herself again

🏋️‍♀️ Starting a workout routine after having a baby can be daunting whether you were a regular gym goer or are a newbie to exercise

🪷Having someone working alongside you that knows your goals and priorities, and when to push you and when to hold back, can help build your confidence in your bodies ability and keep you consistent

♥️ If working out from home but with the guidance and accountability of a personal trainer sounds like something you would be interested in, comment the word INTERESTED below and I will get back to you with more info about my services

🤔 Is at-home personal training something you’ve heard of before?

🏋️‍♀️For most people, a traditional gym is what comes to mind when they think of personal training sessions

💁‍♀️While some people might prefer that, for others (especially busy mums) working out from home is the better option. As well as all of the benefits listed above 👆 you might feel more comfortable having privacy and scheduling flexibility

🚘 I travel in the Cork City and East Cork area to work with mums that are newly postnatal right up to mums of teenagers! You can click the link in my bio or send a DM if you would like more info

⏰ Life with young kids can get really busy and demands on your physical and mental energy can make it feel impossible to find the time you need for yourself

🧘 It can be easy to drop our own self care routine when life gets busy-although we now need it more than ever

⚖️ Rather than giving it up altogether, find a way to keep up your healthy habits in less time:

💫 A 45 minute workout might now be a 15 minute lunch time walk
💫 10 mins journaling might be 3 things you are grateful for

♥️ Keeping these habits up means you stay in the identity of someone who works out, someone who looks after their mental health etc until you have the time to get back to your full routine

🤰 For all my expecting mamas! ❤️

💻 I know there can be so much conflicting information online about what exercise is safe or not when you are pregnant. Adding friends, family and influencers to the mix can make it even harder to decide what to do or not do!

🏋️‍♀️ If you’re following me you’re probably already following a routine or are at least highly motivated to get started. I have worked with many pregnant clients over the last 5 years who wanted to work on maintaining their pre-pregnancy fitness levels as much as possible, keep their energy high and of course have a healthy pregnancy and baby

✏️ If you are doing some prenatal yoga or Pilates, that is fantastic! 1:1 personal training has the added benefit of being tailored to your fitness level, goals, energy, and any pregnancy conditions you may have such as sciatica or PGP

🚘 I work with women in their homes or workplaces (as well as online)-so no need to travel anywhere or pay extra for gym membership!

🩷 This is such a special time in your life and it will feel very fulfilling to take this time for yourself to feel your absolute best. If you’d like to find out more, DM me or comment “more info” below

Is still a thing?! If so, here’s me doing some marketing shots for my first website when I had just started my business in January 2020-I remember talking to the photographer about a virus in China-if only we knew then what was ahead 🙈

I saw someone else I follow post about a milestone in their business and it got me thinking that this time 5 years ago I had just started studying to be a PT in Singapore 🇸🇬

I know people always say time flies but I really can’t believe that 5 years ago I was studying at the International Sports Academy purely to learn more about something I loved and thinking maybe I could do some coaching at some stage-and here I am now back at home with a few of my OG clients still with me (you know who you are! ❤️)

I’m planning some new classes starting in the Autumn for mums so stay tuned for info if you’ve sent enquiries over the Summer 😊

👶 Calling all mums and little ones!

🏋️ Would you like to be able to make the time to exercise without a babysitter?

🩷Would you like to meet other new mums in your area?

💪 Mum and baby fitness classes are restarting on Monday April 8th at 10am, My Place Midleton.

💁‍♀️We will work on restrengthening your core and building up those posterior muscles to improve posture and reduce back pain, so you can conquer your day-to-day activities with ease

🤱These classes are suitable for mums who delivered at least 8 weeks ago (vaginal) or 12 weeks (c-section). Classes will be small (max 6 mums) so you can get the individual attention that you need.

👶 Babies are encouraged to be active and any noise is joyful noise! If you need to feed/cuddle/change them please do! We will incorporate them into our workouts where possible.

📅 Bookings can be made at https://www.tickettailor.com/events/danielledineenfitness/1117952

💃 Let’s get you back to feeling strong, confident and energised!

🥗 5 x quick and easy high protein meal ideas

💁‍♀️Here are some of my breakfasts, lunches and dinners from the last week

🕰️ I know everyone is busy and has little time for complicated meal prep-almost everything I make takes 5 minutes prep time or less and can usually be made in batches too

🍳 Including a source of protein in your main meals means that you will have a steadier release of energy, more nutrient dense meals, and you will feel satiated for longer

🏷️ Save this post for when you need some quick and easy meal inspo!

Now that my maternity leave is coming closer (only one week to go!) it is a mix of emotions, as with the excitement comes sadness at having to say goodbye to well-loved clients. Messages like the one below make my work so worthwhile 💜
