Will be popping pt slots up on the App for this week so grab a half hour one to one or buddy session to suit around your life.

We have clients just starting on their journeys with our one to one 6 week challenges and we have clients who are seasoned fitness class/ pt goers and of course everything in between. So don’t wait for next week, next Monday to begin your fitness journey.
