We are running a new beginner/introductory class.

Tuesday 9th June

There are no registration requirements however anyone wishing to attend must be over the age of 18.
The cost of training/introductory classes is €10 per person.

Training includes:
- Light Mobility exercises
- Cardio
- Step-by-Step instructions
- Sparring Techniques
