Squad it was Hollys last class on Thursday night 🥺

Holly has been the light at the end of the tunnel for me over the last 2 years! I wouldn’t want anyone else finishing off this journey with me. Completing this last week in Squad together has been so special 💛

Alex took out 10am class through an epic workout and will be open until 2pm for any of our members!

‘Core Mobility!’ tomorrow at 18:30 would be an amazing class for anyone who ran the Cork City Marathon yesterday!

We would like to wish Alex the happiest of birthdays! Alex has been a breath of fresh air since he join Squad in October 2022! By far the busiest PT I have had in Squad which is a big call to say the least! His classes are amazing and his music is even better! ❤️
