Beyond excited to have Ruth Murray join our team, she will be split teaching the Senior Adv ballet group on a Monday 6-7:15pm at the studio.
Bio: Ruth is a contemporary dancer and choreographer based between Ireland and the UK. She completed three years of professional dance training at Italia Conti and then went on to gain a First Class Honours degree in Professional Arts Practice.
Ruth holds a regular teaching slot at Pineapple Dance Studios. Working across both stage and screen, Ruth regularly performs as a dancer and choreographs for a range of projects. Her practice combines technically driven contemporary dance with a strong focus on storytelling through movement.
A few recent performance credits include ‘Distance’ with Erna Jean, ‘Dance of the Dragons’ at Greenwich Theatre, and the short film ‘Much Ado About Something.’
Ruth is passionate about creating a safe environment within her classes where dancers feel both challenged and supported.
