Absolutely fantastic Friday taking the fittest group up on .

Fantastic day mentoring trainee mountain leaders on Saturday. Winter conditions were in place with up to two feet of snow in places and a lot of ice. We avoided the majority of the snow and ice with our route choice. A lot of groups ignoring simple safety equipment required for the weather. If in doubt contact a MTBI qualified mountain leader.

Absolute honour to be one of the guest speakers at the mountain rescue Ireland AGM at the weekend in Sligo. Thanks for the opportunity.
