Group Fitness Instructor for Adults, Kids & Schools. Zumba Classes, Metafit, metaPWR, HIIT Bootcamps & Personal Training programmes also available.

We provide Group Fitness Classes in disciplines such as Zumba, Metafit, metaPWR and HIIT Bootcamps. We are based in East Cork, however we travel to provide classes in: Castlemartyr, Youghal, Midleton and Ballincollig. Other locations available on request. We also provide Kids Fitness programmes for schools in the Cloyne Dioceses. 4 - 8 week modules available as well as sports days, active days o
