March Update:

* Healthy Heart & Bodies Month - spent a morning with Berrings Preschool. Amazing group - hope to see you all again before your summer break!

* Just completed a block of Chair yoga classes with Rylane Ladies Club - Thank you ladies and look forward to September!

* Ongoing Tuesday Morning Chair Yoga with Active Retirement Group in Stuake, 10:30am (*no class St Patricks Day).

* In the middle of an intensive teacher training this month.
Hatha & Hatha Flow Classes return for April & May then break until September.
