How many of you have a definite training plan? It's a vital tool to keep motivated. Get yourself a plan that will last for 6-8 weeks and then review. On the days you don't feel like going it'll keep you from slacking off.

A great tip to achieve your exercise every week is to make a plan Sunday evening. Plan your days and times for your exercise. Then the hard part...stick to it!

Just a piece of advice about "diet" drinks. The sweeteners in them send a signal to your brain that food is coming so you end up craving more food. You end up consuming more calories than needed.
