Some experiences are felt more than they are explained.
This Friday, join us for an evening where yoga and live harp come together in perfect harmony. As you move through your practice with Tanya, the gentle melodies of Joy Delaney's harp will accompany every breath, every stretch, and every moment of stillness.
For one evening, let the music become part of your practice. Slow down, soften your focus, and allow yourself to be fully present.
Friday, 31st July

We would love to welcome Róisín to the ālaya wellbeing family. 🤍
For Róisín, yoga became an anchor during a time of uncertainty. As life shifted around her, her practice remained the one place she could always return to—a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with herself.
That journey led her to Bali in 2025, where she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. While she never imagined becoming a yoga teacher, her growing love for the practice naturally evolved into a passion for sharing it with others.
Róisín brings a beautiful balance of curiosity and compassion to every class. She loves exploring new asanas and embracing the playful side of yoga, while always remembering that the heart of the practice is how it helps us find calm, regulate our nervous system, and create balance in everyday life.
Her intention is to create classes that feel welcoming, accessible, and inclusive, where everybody can move in a way that feels right for them. She believes yoga is for everyone, and everyone deserves to experience its benefits.
We can’t wait for you to meet Róisín in class.
Please join us in giving her a warm welcome below. 🤍

We honour the changing seasons in nature, but rarely give ourselves permission to change with them.
Lughnasadh, the Celtic festival of the first harvest, reminds us to pause. To acknowledge what’s grown, appreciate what has sustained us, and create space before the next season begins.
That’s the intention behind Still & Well.
Join Lisa O’Driscoll for an afternoon of mindful Pilates, restorative yoga, guided relaxation, tea and quiet reflection, an opportunity to slow down, reconnect and leave feeling nourished for the months ahead.
