The Club regret to announce the passing of Rosemary Thornhill, wife of the late Patrick (Paddy) Thornhill and mother of Eileen, Sean, Catherine, Michael, Stephen, Paul, Mary and the late Padraig. Our deepest sympathies to all her family and friends.

May she rest in peace.

A very well organised day for the inaugral Joseph Keohane Memorial Tournament today in Church Road. A good effort by both teams on the day. Some fantastic support and all proceeds from donations were in aid of Marymount Hospice.

A very special thank you to all involved and especially to Paul Dollery for all his efforts in organising today.

Thanks to George Hatchell for once again capturing the action as we hosted the Pat Roche Memorial Tournament. There was a high standard of hurling played out by Glen Rovers Hurling ClubCarrigaline GAACrecora/Manister GAA. Thanks to Eammon and Shay O Donoghue for putting it all together, to all the parents of our u15 team who supplied and served food all day and Posh Burger for feeding the four teams afterwords

Our u8s were in action this morning, taking part in The National Go Games Celebration Blitz organised by Bride Rovers GAA. Many thanks to Mike Liddane and all Bride Rovers Gaa Club for a fantastic morning. See reply’s for video footage of the parade. 💚💛

Four teams are participating with the first games starting at 1:00pm.

The 2019 lads were in action in mournabbey on Sunday in front of a large crowd. Well done to organisers and thank you to the parents who travelled 💚💛

The Blackrock Under-12s will play the Ballincollig Under-12s for the inaugural Joseph Keohane Memorial Cup at Church Road at 11.30am on Sunday, September 13. The game will be played in aid of Marymount Hospice, with bucket collections taking place on the day. Donations can also be made here: https://gofund.me/975a44a7c

Blackrock Minor Hurlers have reached the P1 County Final vs Midleton on Mon 28th Sept (8pm, Páirc Uí Rinn)!

There’s a massive buzz around the club, and we want to give the lads the best preparation possible. We are seeking community support to help cover upcoming team expenses over the next few weeks. Any donation, big or small, helps us put our best foot forward!
