⛵️Yesterday, The Royal Cork Yacht Club hosted a Women on the Water (WOW) event, kindly supported by Irish Sailing.

52 participants were welcomed on the morning. They were introduced to the sport on a fabulous day with plenty of club action on the water all got to participate in sailing club 1720s.

RCYC members kindly brought them out on keelboats and ribs. Also, we rounded off the day in the clubhouse with some spot prizes, thanks to everyone for their attend attendance.

A great day was had by all.

⛵️ We had a fantastic and busy May Bank Holiday weekend at the Royal Cork Yacht Club, Crosshaven, Cork.

Highlights included our popular Try Sailing event, giving visitors the opportunity to experience sailing in Cork Harbour, as well as a visit from Kinsale Yacht Club for a season-opening BBQ.

We were also delighted to welcome new members to our sailing community, who attended an information morning at the Club on Saturday.
