ISTD, Imperial Classical Ballet Awards…always a special event and occasion. Honoured as always to have been invited to teach a class at the Live UK Finals at Central School of Ballet today. This year’s International Awards were special too as our gorgeous Lily Barry received a Commendation in the Grade 5/6/Intermediate Foundation category. With entries across the world from Belgium, Canada, China, Guernsey, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, USA, and Vietnam this was a great achievement for Lily. Thank you ISTD and ICB for all the great opportunities for our students and teachers from all around the world. We truly are a global community.

We are back once again with our hugely successful Be Inspired- Back to Ballet Course.
Independently run, open to students from all schools, it is the perfect course to prepare for the new school year. 17th to 20th August 2026, Longyard Studios.

Registration now open for September 2026. We are a small boutique style school providing dance education for all levels from Pre School to Advanced Level. Classes in classical ballet, modern, jazz and contemporary. We specialise in ballet training where every child and student is seen, heard, encouraged and supported. Our show opens tonight! Toi toi toi to all our wonderful students. I am so mindful that we are carriers of an incredible legacy left to us. The values and traditions of the past are respected and carried through the school while we embrace the current era. This is reflected in our show and among all our students. We would not be where we are today without the wonderful people who have gone before us. We will continue to treasure and value history while we educate the next generation to embrace and acknowledge the past and the present in harmony. Here’s to all our students who will take to the stage this weekend , have a wonderful time making your memories. Treasure them all.

Some lovely news to share. Two of our gorgeous past pupils have been cast in the upcoming production of Oklahoma at Bord Gais Energy Theatre. Huge congratulations to Chloe Riordan and Jen O’ Donovan. They started with me at pre school age and followed to CSD when we opened the school in 2009 and now they will share the stage
in Dublin with an incredible cast this summer. So very proud and happy for them both. Dreams do come true 💕💕💕

Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mums,Grannies and Mother figures of all our students. You are all such a huge and valued part of our school. We hope you have a wonderful day. We send lots of love to our students whose Mums and Grannies are no longer with us. Thinking of you all today 🩷

The Dance Institute Summer intensive will take place once again in Dublin this summer for dance students age 10+

Level 👯‍♀️: beginners, intermediate and advanced students with a a base of ballet are welcome
