U12 3x3 Champions 💪🎉

This morning, 4 of our u12 girls took part in a 3x3 tournament in Parochial hall 🏀

Having been the only girls team to enter, they had to compete in the Boys u12 Category. The girls took every game in their stride, coming away as winners 🏆

Amazing Job girls 🔥👏

In June, our u16 Girls will compete in the Euro Basketball Cup u16 Tournament in Barcelona, Spain. 🇪🇸 The girls will get the opportunity to compete against some clubs from all around the world 🌍

A big thank you to the girls individual sponsors, without their support, this trip would not be possible 🙌⭐️

Huge congratulations to our u15 player Bella on her selection for the u15 Irish academy who will be competing in the 4 Nations Tournament ⭐️💪

Bella started out in our Academy and has come up through the age groups, playing a vital part in both our u15 and u16 Teams this season 💫

Also shout out to our club coach Niall who is the Assistant Coach for the Team 👏

Huge congratulations to Faye McDonnell on making the Irish u20 Team ☘️🇮🇪

Faye joined our club at the start of the 2025/26 Season from Kilkenny Stars. She has been a key player on our u20, BIDL and Superleague teams, as well as earning herself a Sports Scholarship in UCC🌟

We wish Faye and her team the best of Luck as they travel to Samokov, Bulgaria in July 🇧🇬

Our u15 team had the pleasure of competing in a fantastic post season tournament hosted by in DCU this weekend. This was a top level tournament with some fantastic teams from all around the country competing. Our u15’s were invited because of their strong Cork league position this year. Our girls competed really well winning two game against Portlaois and Liffey Celtics and finishing 5th overall. The tournament was so well run, with a mixture of great games and competitions. Well done to Moya Connolly who finished 3rd. The girls also got to stay in DCU college accommodation and sample the college experience for the night. Overall it was huge positive experience for our girls and great preparation for their upcoming trip to Barcelona. A big thank you to Bobby for the invite and for running an excellent tournament 👏
