Well that's a wrap for another year . From me and Santa Bob have a great Christmas and see you on the 29th to burn off the junk .

Over 6 years of training for these two the hard work has finally paid off . Shay begins his journey in the kids class then moves up into the seniors. Six tough hrs of grading , blood sweat and tears with each receiving their first Dan black belts .
