This time we’ve extended the session to 90 minutes and limited it to just 20 places, so we can spend more time focusing properly on one subject.

💥 DOUBLE YOUR STRIKING POWER

Learn how to generate more power without simply trying to use more strength. We’ll work on body mechanics, speed, explosive striking and getting more impact from your punches and kicks.
