Massive congrats to making his Irish senior debut last night 🙌🏻

Honoured to see two players on the pitch last night that we have had in over the years for 1 to 1s and small group sessions ⚽️

4 Team Rondo

On the coaches call players move clockwise to make all squares 3v1.

Have a time on it, but as soon as a player wins the ball they return to help their own team and make it a 4v1

Coaching points:
1) Space
2) Width & Depth
3) Shape
4) Touches

4 zone rondo tennis:

Zones 1&3 are together and 2&4 are together so the zones must try pass it through the opponents to their other team mates.

Coach is at the side with spare footballs to keep the intensity high.

1) Angles of passing
2) Weight and time of pass
3) Passing combinations
4) Finsing space
