Fat loss tips if you are looking to lose weight try these simple tips they will make a big difference

> Eat LOTS of protein. Protein uses up the greatest number of calories in the digestion process. It actually takes 25% worth of calories of your total protein intake to digest the protein. This means if you eat a 400 calorie piece of meat, you will use roughly 100 calories to digest it.

> Left heavy weights in order to gain muscle. Muscle burns fat all day while you are sitting around doing nothing. For every pound of muscle, you burn an extra 50 calories a day. Just like that.

>Drink coffee. Caffeine helps speed up your metabolism.

>Use coconut oil instead of olive oil. Coconut oil has a special compound that helps you break up fat more efficiently.

>DON’T do steady-state cardio. This only trains your body to store fat by slowing down your metabolism.

>Take fish oil daily. The supplement has been proven to speed up fat loss in numerous studies.

>Do interval training. This will increase your EPOC and have you burning fat all day long.

>Drinks lots of water. More water actually helps your body process calories.

>Eat spicy foods. They contain chemical compounds that help put metabolism into high gear.

>Eat enough food. If you consistently eat too little your body thinks there is a famine and gears toward fat storage mode. Make sure your body never thinks there is anything to worry about!
