On Saturday, 27th September, proudly took part in the Cork Sports Partnership event โ€“ promoting fitness, activity, and of course, the great game of the GAA proudly represented by our inclusive club and members on the day!

Our menโ€™s team lined out against Glenville last week. While the result didnโ€™t go our way, the lads showed great determination, learned valuable lessons, and continue to grow stronger in our first year competing. Above all, itโ€™s about being part of an inclusive, supportive club - and the friendships being made along the way ๐Ÿ’ช

On the 27th September our NLA girls also joined forces with Rathpeacon GAA Club for a fantastic Blitz. Huge credit to our players who gave it their all โ€“ a brilliant day of football, fun, and team spirit! ๐Ÿ

Donโ€™t forget โ€“ weekly training continues every Wednesday and Saturday! New members are always welcome. Whether youโ€™re here to play, get fit, or simply meet new people, Na Laochra Aeracha is the club for you - new members always welcome ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ

Beautiful evening at football training yesterday in MTU. Coach had us practise some new drills for the first time which were not only fun, but will also help us play more stratigically in competitive matches ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ

Afterwards a gang of us spoiled ourselves to some R&R at which went down a treat ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Massive thanks to over the past couple of months for letting us use their facilities for training each week and playing a few matches. Much appreciated! ๐Ÿ™

Training will continue over the next few weeks before we finish up at the end of the season. Everyone is more than welcome to join regardless of your background or ability in Gaelic Football ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ

Last night we had our final camogie and hurling session at MTU for the season. We just want to say a huge thank you to them for their continued support and generosity. Having access to the GAA pitches has made a massive difference to our training, and weโ€™re really grateful for the partnership ๐Ÿ™Œโค๏ธ

That said, our season isnโ€™t over yet! Weโ€™re still training, and weโ€™re always open to welcoming new faces. Our club is fully inclusive and open to all ages and skill levels, whether youโ€™ve been playing for years or have never held a hurley before.

Weโ€™ve got a strong group of student players already involved, so if youโ€™re returning to MTU for the new academic year and looking to try something new, this is your sign!
