My name is Eamonn Doyle, Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor of Inspire Health & Fitness. Inspire Health & Fitness offers Group fitness classes at various locations, suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels:

Mondays & Thursdays: Ballyhea, GAA Complex -7pm
Tuesdays: Ballylanders, Day Care Centre - 7pm
Fridays: Buttevant, Muintir na Tire hall - 7pm

Mix 2 cups of low fat yogurt with 3 tablespoons of dijon mustard and a tablespoon of chopped fresh dill.!!! At only 11 calories per tablespoon,this makes a great topping for baked potatoes.(Large baked potato 145 calories)

Top Tips:
Prepare a healthy menu for the week and stick to it.
Use a list when grocery shopping and again stick to it.
Never go shopping on an empty stomach.

Always remember to lose weight for yourself not to please anyone else !!! Have a great weekend everyone !!!! :-))

Dont weigh yourself daily!! Once a week is enough! Daily fluctuations can be misleading and discouraging!!!

Try and get active daily !!! Walking or jogging are good choices!! Try to work up to 30-45 minutes a day 4-5 days a week for maximum results.

Great see a few new faces for class in Buttevant last night....and man did they do well Brilliant effort !!!!! Great energy in class and a renewed focus,,lets keep that going and we will exceed all expectations ;-)))

Great class in Ballylanders guys and not a kettlebell or dumbbell in sight....so no excuses you can train without any equipment and still get a good workout !!!!! :-))
