Just after a very rewarding session with a client , who is preparing for her vaginal hysterectomy procedure .

She left with all the necessary knowledge about what’s ahead of her , what to except before and after her operation . She is educated and feels more in control .

She knows how to get out of bed or stand up from a chair in the first few days . She knows how to correctly do her pelvic floor exercises in the early days and also how to naturally help her own painfree bowlmovement and many more practical tasks.

She won’t be afraid to ask the right questions in the hospital and will take advantage of all the support and services available !

Preparation is just as important as after care !

Very positive feedback from 14 women ! No matter what stage of life you are at a woman , some form of exercise is incredibly beneficial .
Huge % women choose running/jogging . It’s free , you can do it any time and the benefits are countless .

What we mustn’t forget, preparation , progression is important if we want run injury free with great results .

Core strength and stability , breathing , recovery , self-awareness and more are part of the picture .
And if we talk about core we mustn’t forget our pelvic floor muscles . They have very important roles to fill !

I’m buzzing after delivering a workshop to these funny, engaging ladies who love their running . Healthy/efficiently functioning pelvic floor muscles are crucial if you want to stay injury free or want to perform better . Small steps first , it starts with awareness !

Exercise doesn’t need to be serious and planned always. Enjoy it! Have fun and when you’ve got the time set aside , then be specific ! Ps.: These movements are suitable for me , it doesn’t mean they are the one for you ! Be self-aware and know your body!
