Cork Taekwon-Do World Cup Fundraiser Quiz Cork Taekwon-Do are hosting a table quiz in Carrigaline GAA to raise funds for our athletes competing at the ITF World Cup in Spain.

IMAC Female Leadership Course September 2026

This course will take place over four Sundays and cover topics such as:

• Leadership and values
• Networking and collaboration
• Resilience - crisis management
• Influencing in leadership
• Communications and personal brand
• Governance in sport
• Change management

It is being facilitated by Sarah O Shea, the current Vice President of the Olympic Federation of Ireland and Lisa Clancy, the President of Paralympics Ireland.

This course was previously run in 2024, resulting in feedback which was very positive. You can read some below:

Sunday 18th October 10.00-13.30 in-person

International Instructors Course ⭐️

Our instructors were training from Friday to Sunday in UL at the 193rd IIC. A great event with lots of learning 🙌🏼

Another special evening at Cork Taekwon-Do ❤️

At the club we have a tradition that after the grading, you receive your black belt for the first time in front of the whole club and we invite the families in too.

A massive congratulations to Robyn, John & Yvonne on their promotion to 1st Degree Black Belt. All three have had different journeys to get to this point and it’s a accumulation of years of dedication and perseverance for them all 👏🏼👏🏼

And a big congratulations to Aoife Barry on her promotion to 4th Degree Black Belt 😍 welcome to the stripes club!
